The Information Desk is open during weekdays from 9am to 5pm and is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Philippine public holidays.
A staff is assigned to answer client queries on the home furnishings industry and related topics as quickly as possible, from one hour to three days, depending on the nature of the query. This service is offered to all interested parties.
